Description should clearly state dress options, but communicated throughout entire process

Overall, my cousins (Bride & Maid of Honor) and I (Bridesmaid) are extremely pleased with our dresses...the quality, the price, the feel, the material, the look, and the time of shipping.

Prior to submitting my order, I e-mailed them with a list of questions, which Jane answered without an issue.

When both my cousin and I placed our orders, we submitted our measurements for a better fit. My natural waist is smaller than waist, so Jane reached out to me to confirm them. She asked for the measurement of my buttocks so that the dress would fit comfortably around the largest area of my lower body. I greatly appreciated that since buttocks is not listed as one of their measurements. She reached out to my cousin regarding her dress length, which was great since we were not sure of the height of the heel we would be wearing. That's exemplary customer service in my book as she did not have to do that.

When we placed our orders, we referenced the style that 3 of the ladies in the picture are wearing by including a picture of a dress style that the Bride wants me and her sister to wear. Unfortunately, we received the incorrect dress. I brought it to the attention of Customer Service within a few hours of me receiving my dress. Once they reviewed our e-mail communications, they quickly rectified the issue by making the correct dresses and shipping them to us...at no additional cost. We were initially informed that we would receive our dresses in 4 weeks, but we received them in 2 weeks, which was GREAT. We received the correct dresses in 2 weeks, so thankfully, we received them by the initial deadline. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we were surprised and greatly appreciated.

To prevent similar issues in the future, I would suggest that the description include a note stating the dress on the 1st, 3rd & 4th ladies is Style A, and the dress on the 2nd lady is Style B.

My cousin and I sent in our measurements, and the dresses fit great. We both will have to have a few alterations as we have lost weight since we placed our orders.

So, if it was not for the mixup in dress styles, I would have give them a 5-star rating.

If I am in need of another affordable formal dress in the future, I will not hesitate to check out this website to see if they carry the style I need.
