Shipping Policy
1, We ship worldwide, the delivery time is not effect by covid-19.
Rush order: within 10-20 days or even earlier.
Normal order: within 30 days (From May to Dec)
Around 30-35 days (From Jan to April), it's busy season, so produce time will be a little long.

2, We send dresses by DHL, UPS, Fedex, Special Airline and other ways, all package will be insured before sending, so if the package lost, then you can get full payment back or resend you a new one.

3, The shipping cost is prepaid before sending, so there will be no extra shipping cost, please note for some countries, there will be customs taxes, this tax should be paid by buyers, in order to save your cost, we usually write less price on the invoice.

4, Please refuse to sign the package if you find the package is broken and contact with us at the first time, we will help you solve all the problem.

5, New policy updated from all express companies from Oct 1st, 2021
Please report us the abnormal situation of the package within 30 days from date of shipping otherwise the Express refuse to pay any loss of package.

6,Please fill in the street address in detail not POBOX or military address(APO), otherwise, we would have to use EMS for delivery (it's so slower than others, it's around 1-2 months or even longer);
You need to be clear about the import duty of your country.
You will get tracking status of your package once we update the tracking number, so please keep watch on tracking status until you get package, because the packages are easily lost recently.
Please do not open the package again if you find package was broken, please contact express at your first time and send us such case, we will report this case to our local express too. If you still open the package, there is possibility that express will refuse to pay the loss.
Please don't authorize express to leave package in any place as your requested, otherwise they will refuse to pay the loss of package if package was lost. For DHL, it called ODD(knock on front door then leave package) service, for UPS, it's "MY CHOICE" service.
Shipping address can be changed before we sending your package out, but once we send it out, we really can't make sure delivery address can be changed successfully, that's the answer the express always told us, they will charge us $13-160/package no matter they can change address successfully or not, so the shipping address must be exactly correct.
Please note, once package was delivered, we can't change address any more.
